In an industry such as Aquila's, experience definitely counts, and is considered absolutely necessary when choosing potential Operators.
Our Operators are all registered according to the governing body of the particular theater of operation or country they may be in. They are trained according to Aquila's standards, and rotated every six months at site level and every two years at operational level.
Our Operators are all put through a thorough selection process. All have military or police backgrounds, most with combat experience and are sourced from all over the world. They are all extreme professionals, operating at the very top of the industry.
Due to the fact that we know that our skills are perishable, training is a continuous part of our standard procedures. Much of our training is done where possible with Police or Military units, as well as other organisations, private or government. The training helps to maintain our standard and keeps our operators in operational readiness at all times. We believe that in order to work in an industry such as ours, the standard in all aspects of our everyday lives must be of the highest.
